Terms of Service

By using Peeli Patti's website or WhatsApp service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Peeli Patti is a technology platform that helps licensed commercial taxi operators, fleet owners and travel agents share and accept passenger trip bookings. We do not own or operate vehicles and are not a party to the transport contract between operators and passengers.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• Drivers must hold a valid driving licence with commercial endorsement where required.
• Vehicles must be registered commercial vehicles with valid permit, insurance and fitness.

3. Bookings

• Information you post must be accurate.
• The first operator to accept a booking gets it; contact details are then shared with both sides.
• Fare, advance and balance are agreed and settled directly between the parties unless stated otherwise.

4. Fees

Any platform fee or booking token is shown before you pay. Booking tokens are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Prohibited use

No fake bookings, harassment, unlicensed vehicles, illegal goods, or any gambling, betting or gaming activity. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Liability

Operators are responsible for the trips they perform. To the extent permitted by law, Peeli Patti is not liable for losses arising from trips arranged between users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
